4 Concept design

Considering the client’s brief and any additional information obtained, the planning team will start preparing drawings illustrating possible solutions. They should show and make it possible to appreciate the building’s position on the plot and its general massing. The planning team may show the client several variants using a variety of presentation forms.
In addition to the actual concept design, this is also an important phase to consider costs, sustainability aspects and expert advice that may have to be obtained from consultants. Naturally, the client should be kept updated.
